… When I’ve got an amazing stay-in chef (otherwise known as my dad) to make all kinds of yummy things for me?
I do enjoy both going out and eating out, by the way… :-)
My dad is (I swear) a chef– not a professional one, really, but rather one who makes everything with love. And his food (from his pizzas to his burgers, to his glam banquet-worthy recipes made from scratch, and everything in between) sure tastes like it’s filled with nothing but love and finger-licking-worthy secret ingredients. (I bet he’d be amazingly successful if he opened a bakery or a restaurant!)
These croissants, which he recently made for us, are not the exception. They were so exquisite, we finished them in about a week (hopefully my workout routine can help remediate this!).
