What if there was an app that could convert your post-related thoughts INTO posts?
Imagine you’re sitting in bed reading or watching a movie when suddenly a brand new, RAD post idea comes to mind but you’re not in the mood to get your laptop/notepad out to draft it.
This has happened to me countless times and I’m sure this has happened to many of you.
TO POST OR NOT TO POST?
So what do you do? Do you spend those precious no-blog moments going back to your blog and neglecting your family, friends, and other responsibilities? Or do you simply let those precious post ideas slip by?
I’ve actually been on both sides of that spectrum but have always wanted to bridge the gap between my blogging breaks and my blogging life.
And that’s why after getting my second Bachelor’s in Psychology and learning a ton about Human Factors, a few student engineers and I met up and came up with what now you’ll know as THOUGHTStoPOSTS–TTP for short.
JUST WHAT IS THIS ‘THOUGHTStoPOSTS’ THING?
In a nutshell, TTP is a free(!) system that consists of a wearable adapter + a free app. The adapter detects when a blog post is blooming in your brain and sends those signals to the TTP app, which then transforms them into posts. ACTUAL POSTS! (Or drafts, if you’d like to sleep on those ideas.)
SIGN UP TO GET THE FREE ADAPTER!
Now I’m sure you saw the term “wearable adapter” above and realized that that’s an accessory you’ll have to purchase. Well yes and no: After a super successful Kickstarter campaign, we were able to garner enough funds to let 200 of you get the adapter (a $60 value) for absolutely and deliciously FREE. (The next 100 will get a 20% discount.)
What does the adapter look like?
It’s basically a chip that you stick on something you already wear: Easy and convenient! Earrings, watches, necklaces, glasses, etc. You name it, we’ve tested it and concluded it’ll be a perfect “host” for the TTP adapter.
HOW DOES THE TTP ADAPTER “DETECT” IDEAS IN MY BRAIN?
It’s simple: After months of research, we discovered that people tend to think or say (either to themselves or to others) that they’ve got a “post” coming up or that they have a cool “post idea” and then they practically create the entire post in their minds. (That describes not only me but, I bet, at least 99% of bloggers out there…)
This is so preposterous to me!
I mean, imagine how much time you could be saving by just going literally from thoughts to posts: Simply think the term “post” and start drafting the entire post in your head. THAT’S IT!
When you first set the app up, you’ll also tell it which platform your blog is on because, you know, you need your thoughts to go somewhere. Currently, WordPress, Blogger, Typepad, Movable Type, and Tumblr are supported.
IS TTP ONLY FOR BLOG POSTS?
Nope! THOUGHTStoPOSTS also includes social media functionalities on various networks, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Social media scheduling abilities will come later this year.
LIFE AFTER THOUGHTStoPOSTS
The hundreds of bloggers and content marketers we studied reported being “so da*n happy” with TTP, we’re over the moon excited to finally bring it to you all. They also report increased engagement on their sites, quicker drafting times, less to none blogging slumps, and better yet, a rise in overall efficiency.
THE BEST PART OF THOUGHTStoPOSTS
Is that it’d be SO RAD if it existed! (It really doesn’t but wouldn’t it be cool if it did?) :D!
So if you liked this post, and would love to join the party AND get…
- Other entertaining and useful posts (incl. tutorials like this one and recipes!) ALONG with
- Knock-your-socks-off, actually fun and non-tedious giveaways updates (from TRL + some of my favorite bloggers) in your inbox (up to twice a month)

Hahaha, this is genius!!! I would pay big bucks for an app like this. Even just to start a post draft for me. Because I get all of these good ideas, I’ll write down the basic concept and then when I sit down to type up the post, my great ideas aren’t quite there anymore. :(

Glad you liked it, my dear :)! I had a blast coming up with it–although I’ll admit it’d have been more fun to let my brain and app do all the work :P. Talk about lazy, hehe.
I’m in your same shoes–I have from a dozen to 20+ “drafts” and many more actual ideas (some of them are GOOD) that I’m usually not really super enthused to bring to fruition.. But sometimes I just have to grin and bear it–thank God for blogging breaks!
Thanks for stopping by!!!
i have an app idea says
It is a amazing idea but i still have doubt over its implementation and the whole adapter things looks a unrealistic thing. Can you share images of videos of the whole process so that it can be more conclusive.

Hi! It’s actually not a real app, as I explained underneath the heading, “THE BEST PART OF THOUGHTStoPOSTS.”
