Earlier this month, I had the beyond incredible opportunity to attend Photoshop World at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
A few months ago, my company had invited me to this conference and I was so happy and honored.. Not to mention nervous because this would be my FIRST solo trip ever! (But of course, they didn’t know that.)
So as the weeks went by, the other two coworkers from out-of-state I’d be going with and I were making plans and everything–all while completing our work tasks, obviously–and time went on as normal. Then it was time to get ready and pack!
And this is where Walmart came in handy. A few years ago, the nearest Walmart wasn’t all that close to our house. Fortunately, a new one was built that was closer and in a better area, making it more convenient for us.
Speaking of great brands: I needed a reliable disposable razor to take with me to my trip, and my boyfriend needed a new disposable (read: convenient) razor that’d offer a close and more durable shave for his trips. Enter Schick®, whose disposable razors are conveniently located at our local Walmart’s Personal Care aisle.
I knew Schick®’s disposable razors would fit the bill as they had been my go-to all throughout college for their reliability and ease-of-use, so now that I’m a “grownup,” I didn’t have any other brand in mind.
There were many varieties.. But this one was very easy to spot!
A MAN’s razor: Schick® Hydro 5 Power Select for Men. I love how small yet mighty it is.
Not only that but there were SO many Schick® disposable razors. I wanted to get two particular ones and they were very easy to find: Schick® Quattro for Women for me and Schick® Hydro 5 Power Select for my guy. I’ve found that those kinds were best because of the comfort and long-lasting smoothness they offered.
Plus, I really liked how the Hydro 5 vibrates, hydrates, and even has an ON button so The Keeper can still feel like he’s using his “luxe” razor but without having to lug around the big razor + its charger, etc. on his trips
